Former FSC Companies Registrar joins F Chambers Attorneys
Shelly L. Forde, former Registrar of Companies, Trademarks and Patents, joins the F Chambers as an associate attorney under the leadership of Managing Partner, Mark A Fulford. Shelly is known for her passion and commitment to financial law around the world but especially in her own community the Turks and Caicos Islands. She brings with her experience in regulatory, banking, insurance, legal services, corporate services, and even shipping.
Her eclectic background has made her successful at revamping companies with unique ideas to ensure efficiency, compliance and continuity of business. During her time at the Commission as Registrar, Shelly has been commended for the significant impact to the Companies Registry and the community. Shelly stated that she felt she could do more for her community in the private sector but would continue to support the work of the Commission as an Attorney at law.
Shelly and Mark, having both attended high school in North Caicos, kept in touch and were pleasantly surprised at the commonality in goals for promotion of the Turks and Caicos Islands achieved through precise execution and revamping of the laws of their country. Mark and Shelly, has a strong commitment to the community of the Turks and Caicos with dedication to a robust legal system in the Turks and Caicos.

Shelly will also provide expertise in real estate and development on behalf of the buyer or seller.
Shelly will also be re-launching her company, Shell Compliance, focusing on solving inefficiencies in companies primarily to ensure being financially compliant as it relates to financial crime and anti-money laundering laws. Many successful firms aim to be compliant but with limited resources, constant changes in law, or other factors, Shelly seeks to support firms, locally and internationally, focus on their success while she establishes their compliancy.
